Andrew Mason is out as CEO of Groupon.
In his charming farewell letter to employees, he mentions Battletoads, a video game for the NES back in the day.
"If Groupon was Battletoads, it would be like I made it all the way to the Terra Tubes without dying on my first ever play through," wrote Mason.
If you have no clue what that means, here's a video of someone trying to beat the Terra Tubes level. The level is littered with traps, so the key is to slow down and play smart — except when you're being chased by the spinning death-blades of destruction.
