Earlier today, we learned that Apple is making a computerized watch and will sell it this year.
Here are some questions for Apple designer Jony Ive:
- Does he really think women are going to wear a watch that doesn't look like jewelry?
- It's supposed to take phone calls. How's that going to work? Will you have to hold your wrist up to your face?
- Or will you have to wear a Bluetooth earpiece and look like a total rube?
- Or will you plug in earphones to your watch, and risk yanking them out every time you move your arm?
- Or will the earphones plug into your phone?
- In which case, what's the point of the watch?
- How will it display enough information on such a tiny screen?
We await Sir Jony's answers. He knows where he can reach us.
